Secrets
Behind Get-Rich Programs
There is a line in the famous movie "Fiddler on the Roof,’ where
Tevia is having one of his famous conversations with God - and
he remembers that he was taught that there is no shame in being
poor. But then he admits that is no great honor either. While it
is true that being poor is nothing to be ashamed of, we all know
that in order to live life abundantly we must have wherewithal.
That means money. With money we can do almost anything, without
it our resources are very limited. That’s why we take the time
to write these marketing newsletters. To help you achieve your
goals in life and gain the means necessary to get the money you
need to develop into complete individuals.
Are there secrets to get rich programs? Yes there is, and I
will tell you that secret in a few moments. But what is often
referred to as secrets are not secrets at all, they are in fact
just marketing techniques. Most of them quite well known. Here
are some examples of the not so secret, secrets I’m talking
about:
Lousy Secret 1: Create a list, email,
snail mail, whatever. Big whoop! Who doesn’t know that you need
a market to market a product to? That’s not a secret. It’s also
not a technique. It is nothing but common sense. Where can you
get a list? Oh, do a Google or Bing search and notice there are
about three thousand for sale out there. You are probably on a
couple of dozen yourself.
Lousy Secret 2: Find a specific niche
market that can be reached by mail, and you sell them something
for which they’re hungry. Any idea what a niche market is? It’s
a market that appeals to a specific group of people. In other
words, every market. Now, some markets may be bigger than
others, but every product and service in the world appeals to a
specific group of people. So much for niche marketing.
Lousy Secret 3: Advanced Mail Order
Formula. This one states that your target market doesn’t know or
trust you yet. Not any real secret either, is it? Do you trust
and believe every single advertisement you see, or every
approach made to you? Of course not. Are you also intelligent
enough to realize that most people are the same as you? Yep! So
offering something low cost or no cost, when they do not
perceive a need as yet, probably isn’t going to work either.
Lousy Secret 4: Some companies are
willing to break even or even lose money selling their front-end
product (also called a loss-leader) in order to entice you to
order, then they can try and sell you a higher priced profitable
item later. And that does work for companies with lots of
financial resources. However, if you are just starting out in
business, what do you perceive to be the most critical aspect of
your business? Money right? It is for virtually 99% of all new
business. So what do you think the wisdom is in giving away the
one thing you have the least of? Yeah, I knew you were smarter
than that.
So
what is the secret to get rich programs? The truth is not
only simple, it’s actually so simple most people either over
look it or don’t believe it. But there are thousands of examples
that support the facts. The facts are almost all programs will
work, and you can make money and get rich if you do one thing.
Persist - in your goal!
